We are mainly a firm of Chartered Accountants,  but we do help people to form a company.  At present one person is needed to form a company,  but we advise that there are two people.  One to act as a Director and one to act as Secretary.

We have streamlined the procedure so that only two meetings are required in order to set up a limited company.  One to complete the initial forms,  and one to hand over the paper work from Companies House in order that you can start to trade.

We charge £200+VAT for this service.

During our initial meeting we will also discuss whether this is the most appropriate business route for you,  as sometimes people want to start a formal limited company without realising the implications.
