We prepare annual accounts for sole traders,  partnerships or limited companies.

You can supply the basic information to us either in paper format, or by computer file format. Quicken/QuickBooks or Sage are the most popular accounts software packages that are used by our clients.

The early period deadlines are different to the normal deadlines,  but once you have been trading for more than a year your accounts have to be prepared and submitted to the Inland Revenue by the 31st January following  the previous 5th April, when your accounts yearend finishes in the year up to that 5th April,  if you are a sole trader or partnership.  For a limited company the usual deadline for submission to Companies House is 9 months after the year end.
